A time to pause and take a breath. A chance to take stock of what you are doing and how you are doing it. An opportunity to check and develop your thinking and strategic direction with someone who will help you hold yourself to account.
Leadership can be lonely and isolating. Pressure builds, team dynamics get messy, decisions become unclear.
You don’t just need someone to talk it through with, you need someone who will ‘get’ you, challenge you, and support your transformation.
That’s where I come in. With over 30 years of executive coaching and facilitation experience, I offer a calm yet challenging space to help you think and feel clearly, act wisely, and lead from both strength and vulnerability.
Over the years, I’ve supported leaders in some of their most challenging moments — when conflicts erupt, when relationships break down, when decisions carry real weight. I have worked with them to sift through strategic options and make great decisions. That work usually involves a significant degree of self-reflection, the capacity in a leader to look at how they might be getting in their own way.
This type of reflection isn’t for everyone. It requires the courage to consider your own flaws and unhelpful patterns and to then look for ways to move beyond them.
I do this work because I believe leadership done well has a ripple effect. When a leader becomes clear, grounded, vulnerable and courageous, whole organisations change — and people thrive.
I’m not here to offer advice, but deep partnership — to help you lead with clarity when it matters most.
I work in depth with a small number of leaders each year offering: them:
One 90-minute session per month
Unlimited email coaching for fast insight and decision-making
An informal 360 process with key colleagues
Up to 10 hours of support for:
• Crisis navigation
• Team or board conflict resolution
• Team alignment sessions or diagnostics
This is a trusted partnership, not a program. I stay close enough to understand your world — and far enough to offer clarity.
